Exchange and Return Policy
Welcome to the Women's Care Store's exchange and return policy page . Our goal is to ensure a safe and flexible shopping experience for all our customers, while clearly outlining the rights and obligations related to the products.
1. Shipping costs and return fees
- The customer bears the shipping costs according to the chosen shipping company (delivery fees), in addition to the return fees:
- SMSA: 30 riyals
- Aramex: 30 riyals
- Representative: 50 riyals
- Orders from outside Saudi Arabia are non-returnable .
- Orders paid through Tabby or Tamara will incur a charge of 60 riyals for shipping and return.
- The refund will be processed within 48 business hours of receiving the order.
2. Replacement Policy
2.1 Replacement Conditions
- The consumer has the right to exchange the product within four days of receiving it, subject to the provisions of the standard warranty.
- The product must be in good condition and must not have been used or benefited from.
- The store has the right to inspect the product before replacement to ensure its condition.
- The consumer is responsible for shipping costs in the case of an exchange. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company.
- In case of defects or errors from the store, the consumer will be compensated.
2.2 Cases where substitution is not permitted
- If the product is manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specific specifications, excluding defective products or those that do not conform to the specified specifications.
- If a defect appears due to the consumer's misuse.
- The product cannot be exchanged after four days from the date of receipt.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Return Policy
- The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product within 48 hours of receiving it, while adhering to the terms of the warranty and the regulatory agreement.
- The product must be in good condition and must not have been used or benefited from.
- The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3.2 Cases where refunds are not permitted
- A defect appeared in the product due to the consumer's misuse.
- If the product is manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specific specifications, excluding defective or non-compliant products.
- The product cannot be returned after 48 hours from the date of receipt.
4. The store is responsible for shipments.
- The store is not responsible for shipments if the customer enters incorrect data or does not respond to shipping companies at the time of delivery.
